Maybridge Ro3 delivers success:
The Maybridge Ro3 Fragment Library was the focus of several scientific presentations at the recent Fragment Based Lead Discovery Conference in Philadelphia and also at the DIPIA meeting in Barcelona. In particular, David Myszka and Rebecca Rich of Biosensor Tools and the University of Utah presented on "Fragment Screening against Membrane Receptors using SPR" and demonstrated an approach utilising the sensor surface to purify and concentrate solubilised tagged receptors, and then characterise their binding activities.

The Maybridge Ro3 Diversity Fragment Library New - Our carefully engineered set of structurally diverse fragments is expanded to 1500 products all with an experimental guarantee of solubility (aqueous >=1mM / DMSO >= 200mM) to provide a robust and rich source of optimizable hits for your screening programmes.
