As part of our constant drive to meet our customers' diverse drug discovery requirements, in particular the need for convenient access to high quality screening compounds, the Maybridge HitFinder™ Collection is now available "off the shelf" as a 0.25µmol dry film supplied in 384 well microplates. This is in addition to our original 1µmol 96 shallow well plate format. The Maybridge HitFinder™ Collection is a unique pre-plated collection of 14,400 drug-like screening compounds. This premier offering maintains the superior structural diversity of the Maybridge Screening Collection¹ by using an industry standard clustering algorithm based on Daylight Fingerprints and Tanimoto similarity² to select a statistically representative sample of the full Collection. Users of the HitFinder™ Collection therefore gain cost-effective access to the pharmacophoric richness of Maybridge Screening Compounds secure in the knowledge that rapid access to "hit" analogues for validation and follow-up studies is available from the whole screening collection. All HitFinder™ compounds have been analysed as having a purity of ≥90%, with the majority having a purity of ≥95%.
