Our Kits are designed to save you time and money in developing those first libraries around bioactive ‘hits’ emerging from screening assays.

The successful conversion of an initial ‘hit’ into a genuine, optimisable ‘lead’ pivots crucially on the rapid acquisition of credible SAR data from closely related structural analogues. The early phase of this search demands exploration of a wide area of chemical space, seeking structural clues to improved potency and selectivity through iterative screening and analogue design.

Of course, the identification, sourcing and weighing of the necessary building blocks to feed the library production process can be time-consuming and expensive. To help drive these costs down, Maybridge is offering Quick2Lead Compound Kits. There are five functionality-based kits with each kit containing 48 pre-selected compounds supplied as 0.1mMol of each in a 5mL vial. The functional groups available include:
